Responsibilities
- Support lead and assistant teachers in daily classroom routines
- Supervise children to ensure safety and well‑being at all times
- Engage children in play, learning activities, and established curriculum
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and follow health & safety procedures
- Assist with diapering, potty training, meal times, and transitions
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Step into different classrooms as needed throughout the day
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with children (preferred)
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing needs throughout the day
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
